Coaching sessions are meant to also be free from and wide ranging. Often times just discussing the problem with someone outside of your organization, but knows what it’s like to be a PM, leads to unblocking a problem.
If you have direct reports and are looking for ways to improve your entire team, I can also work with the individual PMs and put together a team Gap Assessment. Then we can work together on how to improve the performance of the entire team.
